What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree above. Computer science is a plus

• Over 3 years’ experience in planning or supply chain management

• Good skill for excel operation,digital Tooling and SAP experience including Power BI is a must, coding automation tooling is a plus

• Fluent oral and written in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Become an expert of package material planning to enable systems, process, operations in between suppliers and the site, handling different way of working of package material stock control including Just-in-time, vendor managment inventory, consignment and so on

• Master and accountable for packaging conversions in different business scenarios to minimize write-off cost collaborating with our customers and suppliers

• Ensure the planning is executable at site shopfloor with a tenable and efficient operation process, WI design considering the quality and safety management of the supplier connection to site shopfloor.

• Lead improvements to enable the E2E supply flexibility at rational cost and seek for synergy opportunities for multi-vendors’ management and MOQ optimization opportunities.

• Monitor unusual inventory and write-off risks.
