Salary: Circa £21,700 - £27,000 (4 days per week) + Bonus + Benefits

This is a 12 month fixed term contract working part time across 4 days per week, as a Supply Coordinator providing executive administration support to Senior Supply Leaders within Mars Wrigley UK.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be able to make sound judgements and decisions when required, provide solutions to key issues which arise and have the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers. We offer a hybrid working environment, with our office based in Slough.

  • Experience working in an Executive Assistant/Administration or Coordinator role

  • Experience of supporting Senior Leaders

  • Exceptional planning and organsational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Own the effectiveness of the Supply team, this will include developing, deploying and pro-actively leading the annual Slough Supply Leadership Team Calendar

  • Decide, plan & execute complex, detailed domestic and international travel itineraries including all transportation, lodging; obtaining all necessary visas and travel documents

  • Raise purchase requests. Monitor and follow up to ensure timely payment of invoices.

  • Submit expenses on a regular and timely basis

  • Take the initiative to identify and undertake opportunities that add value to the efficient operation of the team

  • Work together with the Plymouth Supply Team Administrator to plan other team and divisional events

  • Plan & execute VIP visits to site ensuring appropriate guides are sourced and relevant equipment & hosts are available. Act as the key contact at Slough for all customer/VIP factory visits & responsible for maintenance and upkeep of Factory Tour paperwork, regulation & rules and to lead a project relating to Factory Tours. Check & maintain stock levels in the Visitor cupboard
