Job title: Operation Supply Chain Manager

Salary: £61,110+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Influencing and maximising efficient and effective communication across the End to End of our supply chain at all levels – Vendors to Customer and Functional support and enabling stakeholder groups; including managing performance of key UK support service stakeholders
• You will be working with other project teams and with the Support & Services Function, maximise the adoption of ‘new ways of working’ – ensuring you consider the impact and best course of action across ‘People, Process and Toolsets’
• Identifying and managing project level risks, issues, opportunities and dependencies; including coordination & integration
• Supporting the Head of Supply Chain Salam UK at key reviews, deputising as required; including organisation, planning, pack preparation, action management and presenting
• Supporting and adhering to Policies and Practice for example local procedures, Life Cycle Management, assurance activities and subsequent improvement actions

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience of planning, overseeing, and implementing strategic initiatives; requires experience with project coordination, budget management, data analysis, and strong decision-making skills; experience creating and maintaining project schedules using the relevant toolsets
• Proven experience in managing change including Transformation and innovation
• Experience of identifying, reporting and managing risk and opportunity
• Good understanding in end to end supply chain with the ability to monitor manage and drive continuous performance improvements
• Previous experience of international customer relationship management with excellent stakeholder management skills

The Operations Manager, is part of the Saudi Maintenance Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC (UK)) organisation required to deputise for and support the Head of Supply Chain, Salam UK; including to develop the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and drive seamless integration between Senior Leadership Team (SLT),working level and end to end – suppliers through to KSA operations.
