We are looking for a candidate ready to support our SRM agenda in the UK & IRL cluster as an assignment to back up a 6-month paternity leave from one of our associates in the SRM team. This role will be key to support our critical projects in UK & IRL with main responsibilities:

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support the creation, alignment and execution of the H1 Promo & Pricing strategy.

  • Ownership and maintenance of price files, price tracking & price reporting into all S&OP+ steps.

  • Support the periodic SRM scorecard & KPI tracking.

  • Scenario planning support across the SRM levers (strategic pricing, promotions, mix, trade terms).

  • Co-pilot the sales teams to provide insight, upskill & empower them on modelling practices, ratify their promotional modelling outputs, and by exception, provide central modelling for areas of high strategic importance.

  • Co-pilot customer teams on price and promotional effectiveness.

  • Drive our Digital program in close collaboration with local teams.

  • Continuous improvement in data use, access and availability to ensure we are employing lean practices and driving continuous optimisation of data quality, depth and breadth to deliver optimal insights.

What skills and experience do you need for the role?

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills/creativity.

  • Digital Savvy.

  • Experience in practical analysis (e.g. financial, category or sales analyst); ability to pull insights out of various data sets.

  • Broad knowledge of promotions and how they work.

  • Excellent Excel skills and good aptitude for systems.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload during busy periods.

  • Ability to form & deploy recommendations on strategic topics.

  • Good understanding of the RGM levers and how they interact to hit internal and external KPI’s.

  • Broad and in depth understanding of FMCG context and retail landscape.

  • High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics (actions / initiatives) internally and for execution with our customers.
