As SRM NL, you’ll partner closely with the Cluster SRM Director for France Benelux to define and deliver the Netherlands SRM agenda. You’ll be at the center of building capabilities, transforming our pricing and promotion strategies, and enabling long-term value creation for both Mars Petcare and our retail partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pricing Strategy: Define and implement compelling pricing strategies and selling stories that drive NSV and profit, while influencing customer discussions.

  • Promotion & Investment Governance: Lead the trade promotion strategy with Category and Sales teams, ensuring promotion ROI and governance.

  • Portfolio Optimization: Support Category Managers and Portfolio Teams in SKU rationalization and growth initiatives to enhance mix and margin.

  • Capability Building: Champion SRM thinking across functions, ensuring SRM capabilities are understood, embraced, and applied across the market.

  • Cross-Market Collaboration: Partner with EU SRM peers to exchange best practices and drive consistency and excellence across the cluster.

  • SRM Augmented Plan Leadership: Co-lead the EU SRM Augmented Plan with regional teams and third-party partners.

What are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, you bring a powerful blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and leadership skills:

  • Proven experience in SRM, Revenue Growth Management, or other senior commercial roles within FMCG (e.g., Category Management, Sales, Finance).

  • Strong understanding of P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and commercial data analysis.

  • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable solutions.
