This role leads the Trade Excellence and Revenue Management strategy across Convenience, Specialty, and Dcomm channels, including pricing strategy. The SRM Lead is accountable for driving profitable growth through integrated management of pricing, promotions, mix, and Trade ROI, ensuring delivery of NSV growth and MAC targets. This position acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Category Leadership, Finance and Marketing to develop strong Retailer Value Propositions and Customer Selling Stories.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required (graduate level).
Fluent in English.
Strong background in Finance or Sales is essential.
Revenue Management experience is preferred.
Skilled in driving profitable growth (preferred).
Skilled in transforming data into insights and actions (preferred).
Skilled in executing, measuring, and evaluating results (preferred).
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Action-oriented mindset.
Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead and integrate all Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) activities to deliver Operating Plan commitments on Pricing, Trade ROI, Trade, and Mix.
Serve as a key interface with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to develop Trade Excellence plans tailored by key customer.
Act as a primary interface with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive trade investment productivity and net pricing improvement initiatives.
Manage and monitor the SRM initiative dashboard and KPIs, embedding market-level SRM processes and tools to build capabilities and document learnings.
Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to ensure data is effectively leveraged by KAMs to optimize Trade ROI and ensure Trade Expenditure transparency.
Accountable for the Activity Grid, trade selling stories, Trade ROI, and pricing strategy for Convenience, Specialty, and Dcomm channels.
Act as a co-pilot for Trade Expenditure, ensuring alignment between commercial execution and financial objectives.
