  • Review portfolio performance, innovation launches and distributor trade spend (COOP, accruals, credit notes).

  • Review P&L performance and explain variances vs budget (trade, margins, overheads, marketing, EBITDA and cash).

  • Support distributor credit management in collaboration with Champion A/R.

AOP, Forecasting & IVCP

  • Support AEP/REPLAN and target setting with distributors; input regional targets into Champion planning systems.

  • Lead regional forecasting (LE1 / LE2), identifying gaps, risks, opportunities and key winning actions.

  • Co‑pilot the Business Director in shaping the 10‑year transformation P&L, including ROI for distribution integration, innovation and go‑direct milestones.

  • Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.

Systems & Digitalization

  • Ensure regional performance information is available in the Mars ecosystem (SAP/Atlas, Helios, dashboards) and reported into Champion systems.

  • Use Power BI to support performance tracking and support financial digitalization initiatives.

Distribution Integration

  • Key participant in distribution integration projects, supporting demand policies, pricing, trade terms, logistics costing and system testing.

  • Post go‑live, act as demand co‑pilot for the unit with local sales leadership.
