Here’s the deal:

The Regional Analyst Procurement provides analytical, financial, and strategic support to the Procurement organization. This role ensures spend transparency, drives performance management, enhances savings‑tracking accuracy, and strengthens alignment between Finance, Procurement, and key business stakeholders. As a trusted advisor, the FBP enables data‑driven decision‑making and supports the delivery of Gameplan targets, SG&A commitments, and overall procurement effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Spend & Performance Reporting

  • Deliver regular spend reporting to Procurement leadership and provide ad‑hoc spend analyses.
  • Analyze actionable spend and prepare insights for the Center.
  • Assist Procurement teams with developing and validating spend baselines.

PPM (Procurement Performance Management)

  • Provide weekly PPM reporting for leadership performance meetings and Procurement teams.
  • Track PPM delivery against Gameplan targets and highlight risks/opportunities.
  • Regularly review PPM data for accuracy and ensure data integrity.
  • Validate baseline spend and savings calculations entered into PPM.
  • Track actualized savings across all categories and ensure proper financial alignment.

Month-End & Corporate Reporting

  • Prepare monthly Management Operating Review (MOR) and Monthly Performance Review (MPR) decks.
  • Lead monthly SG&A reporting for Procurement, including T&E budget tracking for individual leaders.
  • Act as focal point for questions from the Center regarding savings tracking, best practices, and standard methodologies.

Business Partnering & Strategic Support

  • Partner closely with Procurement Category Managers to challenge assumptions, support strategy development, and monitor value delivery.
  • Provide insights that improve sourcing decisions and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between Procurement actions and financial outcomes.

The Basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of finance experience, ideally in procurement finance, FP&A, supply chain finance, or cost management roles.
  • Prior experience supporting Procurement or Category Management teams strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with spend analysis, performance tracking, and savings methodologies.
  • Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations is highly beneficial.
  • English B2–C1.

Competencies

  • Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of spend analytics, cost drivers, and baseline methodologies.
  • Experience with performance management frameworks (e.g., PPM).
  • Solid understanding of SG&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to challenge, influence, and advise senior Procurement leaders.
  • Strong storytelling skills using financial insights.
  • Collaborative, service‑oriented mindset with a focus on understanding business needs.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting tools and spend analytics platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (dashboards, automated reporting, scenario analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive and self‑driven, comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability and curiosity to understand cost drivers and variances.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a non‑finance audience.
