Talent Acquisition P1 [Location] Salary: [Optional] As a Talent Acquisition P1 in Mars you you would be responsible for the field of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role. Manages, inspires and motivates a team of recruiters What are we looking for? Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Ideally, we expect 5 -7 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role We want someone who can work independently and able to motivate recruitment team associates What will be your key responsibilities? Support internal customers or helping colleagues manage internal client relationships Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs & determine selection criteria Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends Help develop procedures & system tools for an area of the organization, and monitor their implementation Develop and coach team through deep engaging and demonstrate leadership in negotiation, planning and execution What can you expect from Mars?
