The Enterprise Applications & Analytics team partners closely with the Corporate & MGS service lines to deliver key strategic priorities enabled through ‘best in class’ connected technologies & capabilities.

Program & project management continues to fundamental capabilities supporting such significant digital change, and as a result this has created an exciting opportunity for a PMO Senior Analyst to join the Digital Technologies Enterprise Applications & Analytics (EAA) team. This role will be responsible for embedding industry best PMO standards, driving consistency within the portfolio & optimizing PMO frameworks in support of enterprise applications and analytics delivery agenda.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Proven portfolio, program, and project management skills/experience.
• Previous experience designing and scaling PMO processes and standards.
• Proven track record of delivering PMO standards within multinational organisation.
• A project management professional qualification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalents) – highly desirable.
• Knowledge of project management & demand management tools (Smartsheet, ServiceNOW PPM, JIRA, MS Project Management)
• Ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix environment, maintain positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal/team effectiveness
• Experience providing work direction and leadership to people and teams in a management role
• Excellent understanding of industry standard project management methodologies (e.g. SDLC, Waterfall, Agile (Kanban, Scrum, SaFe)
• Strong influence management skills; communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to succinctly and accurately communicate to various levels of management and employees

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Manage EAA portfolio reporting processes, running operational & periodic portfolio reporting cycles (L1 POAP, RAID, Resource and Financials Analysis, KPIs).
• Establish PMO standards & tools across Enterprise Applications & Analytics portfolio. Optimizing frameworks & processes to support enterprise applications and analytics delivery teams.
• Track Portfolio KPI’s & resource utilization (e.g. Value, Operational, Delivery, Financial). Support portfolio manager to quantify the portfolio health via KPIs/metrics within performance dashboards.
• Assure SDLC framework & PMX frameworks are being followed, set up tracking mechanism/reporting to indicate deviations & ability identify and course-correct.
• EAA process owner for demand management & project prioritization frameworks, governance etc.
• Establish and co-lead PM community of practice.
• Maintain PM vendor relationships, lead PM training for EAA associate & contingent workforce.
• Manage shared PM resources & services.
• Manage capability for retaining portfolio knowledge & content.
