What would be your key responsibilities?

Line manage and lead the Procurement Capabilities & Engagement team to:

  • Enable the protection of the business through establishing, driving and tracking mandatory training, and ensuring overall Associate Experience.

  • Enable the upskilling of Procurement Associates through learning programs and capability reporting.

Develop and Implement Capability Strategies:

  • Co-create strategy for future Procurement capability in partnership with leaders, and partners across functions.

  • Engage and support senior Procurement leaders in translating new and established critical Associate capabilities to drive a transformation in business performance.

  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with leadership teams ensuring the interventions are in line with the business needs.

  • Co-lead the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program , focusing on strategic design, capability development, cross-functional collaboration, supplier trust, performance metrics, digital tools, and ongoing improvement.

Drive Learning and Digital Engagement:

  • Own and bring to life the capability framework in coordination with other groups such as policy-process-digital.

  • Lead and manage the Procurement skills framework to build specialist expertise across job families in the Procurement function.

  • Create business cases, recommend and secure approvals for the investment on critical associate capabilities and strategic programs within Procurement.

  • Collaborate with the team and subject matter experts to develop engaging, innovative and impactful learning programs that address the diverse needs of the Procurement Associate population.

  • Support the Global Process Owner team to land the Digital Strategy with Associates, creating awareness and engagement in the deployment of the digital tools.

Collaborate for Talent and Knowledge Management:

  • Manage the team to partner with Regional Leadership teams to develop and harness Talent across segments within the function.,

  • Manage the team to own and drive value from external thought leaders and best practice organizations through Market Intelligence platforms and connections.

  • Enhance business value through Procurement Knowledge Management ownership and Procurement onboarding.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong technical understanding (5+ years of Procurement experience), able to influence confidently at all levels of the organization

  • Fluent English written and verbal

  • Perfect communication skills
