We’re on the hunt for a motivated and tech-savvy Demand Systems Analyst to supercharge our Sales teams.


In this role, you’ll make a real impact—ensuring our teams have the right tools, insights, and support to drive smarter decisions and fuel our growth ambition.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide technical and functional support for:
    • Promax (Promotions and Terms)
    • Price Card Maintenance
    • BI Reporting Support
  • Periodic(monthly) Sales Reporting
  • Quarterly Terms Review
  • Lead continuous improvement activities for systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Deliver functional and technical support to the Sales & Demand Planning teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, demand planning, IT (internal/external), activity management, and other segments.
  • Troubleshoot system, interface, and master data issues, providing solutions directly or via support tickets.
  • Translate technical system knowledge into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
  • Participate in digital projects, offering both operational and project-based support.

You have a knack for translating technical jargon into actionable business insights and are committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working in sales and or finance teams in an FMCG or retail business is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Systems, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with master data maintenance, systems support, and BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview, or Tableau.
  • Experience in Promax will be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Ability to concentrate on detailed and repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
