About this Role
We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented individual to support demand management and capacity planning within the Business Excellence function of Business Operations & Transformation. This role plays a key part in shaping how resources are forecasted, allocated, and optimised across transformation projects. The position ensures a consistent and accurate understanding of demand pipelines and resource availability while contributing to improved planning, efficiency, and operational excellence.
What you will do
Support the end‑to‑end demand management and capacity planning process across Business Excellence.Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date view of demand, analyse trends, and proactively highlight capacity or skill gaps.Produce regular dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into demand and capacity health for senior leadership.Partner with stakeholders across local markets, service towers, and project teams to understand upcoming demand and evolving priorities.Recommend and support allocation of skilled resources to both internal and customer‑facing transformation projects.Improve demand and capacity planning processes to reduce surpluses, shortages, and inefficiencies.Contribute to systems and tooling improvements related to demand management, resource scheduling, time sheeting, and billing.
Who you are
Experienced in supporting complex business or technical change programmes.Skilled at working within matrix environments and engaging senior stakeholders.Able to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences, including end‑users and senior leaders.Knowledgeable in programme management methodologies, including agile principles.Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent, with an MBA considered advantageous.
