Job Description:

Lead Demand Planning Cycle for the Brand, Channel, and Region to develop rolling 1 year demand plan. Clear identify the change vs last cycle, Risk and Opportunity area, and gap vs base plan and stretch plan. Data analysis to identify the current business growth risk and opportunity, provide the recommendation for business team to drive business growth.


What are we looking for?

1.Data Analyst certification or the same level of capability

2.+3 year Sales Demand Planning Capability with broad understanding of field sales and marketplace competition are highly preferred

3.Master of influence and negotiation skills

4.Effective communication & influence skills


What will be your key responsibilities?

1.Last Period Business Performance Reporting and analysis by Brand, By Region, By Channel.

2.Work with ONE DEMAND TEAM (Region & HQ)

- Manage the forecast building blocks

-Design the validation model to validate the size of price for the business plan.

-Develop and update the FCST Building Block, Clear identify what is change cycle by cycle include size of price and B.B status movement.

-Lead the Building Block review meeting with Regional core tam for related Brand, Channel and Province.

3.Lead the RDMR to finalize the demand plan for 1~3 period.

4.Lead the regional Happy hour meeting to push the timely phasing of daily order. 5.Conduct the Data analysis to identify the current business growth risk and opportunity, provide the recommendation for business team to drive business growth.
