POSITION OBJECTIVE

Understand and represent customers’ needs to support on the creation and execution of robust category demand plans and retailer value propositions that bring brands to life in-store, achieving “Best-in-Class” availability to maximize business potential in all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of excellence in the role necessary to achieve goals and business objectives

1. Support and implement brand strategies and plans to guarantee trade-spending efficiency while ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness in all distribution channels.

2. Coordinate all trade and consumer activities implementation. Understands the market trend and local regulations to implement any kind of consumer or trade activities.

3. Provide regular training and supervision to merchandisers. Responsible for updating sales materials (sales catalog, planograms, MAPS execution guide, etc).

4. Guide sales team (key accounts, regional sales, etc) in providing an accurate forecast by providing analysis of sales trends, calendar of promotional activities etc.

5. Follow up execution at POP’s by weekly trade visits.

6. Develop all POP material (i.e. POP, racks, floor displays, premiums, etc.) for all distribution channels. Organize and maintain POP inventories for regular or promotional use.

7. Follow up and evaluation of sales execution plans for new product or any promotional initiatives securing competitive speed to market and return of investment.

8. Develop business reviews presentations for customers UTT.

9. Review and control price execution including (amount, channel & timing)

10. Propose Brand’s promotional activities (aiming to growth) for key customers.

11. Contribute to build a tight teamwork and partnership with marketing, regional sales managers & key account managers to ensure optimal sales execution.

12. Closely work with key customers to increase understanding/closeness for growth and development.

Education

BA in Business Administration or related.

English(90%) and Spanish

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
