Job Description:

The Customer Business Leader, Ecommerce is responsible for leading the full digital commerce agenda across Amazon, PurePlay, and OMNI retail partners. This role owns the strategic direction, P&L delivery, and long‑term growth roadmap for the company’s digital business, ensuring Ben's Original, Seeds of Change, and Tasty Bite brands accelerate penetration, share, and profitability across all online channels.

This leader will oversee the OMNI Analytics & Customer Management function, guide the Amazon business end‑to‑end, develop scalable strategies for emerging PurePlay partners and be a Center of Excellence for Omni retail partners. Success requires a blend of commercial leadership, digital expertise, operational excellence, and cross‑functional orchestration to deliver sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving e‑commerce landscape.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in E‑Commerce, OMNI, Category Management, or CPG commercial roles
  • Proven leadership of Amazon or major e‑retailer businesses with full P&L accountability
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising, retail media, content management, and search optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy and drive cross‑functional action
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building new capabilities or scaling new channels
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and financial acumen


What will be your key responsibilities?

Strategic Leadership & Business Ownership

  • Define and lead the long‑term e‑commerce strategy across Amazon, PurePlay, and OMNI retail partners.
  • Own full P&L accountability for Amazon and PurePlay accounts, ensuring delivery of NSV, profit, share, and digital shelf KPIs.
  • Establish annual channel strategy and plans, growth targets, and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new digital commerce opportunities, including emerging PurePlay platforms and marketplace models.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop team.
  • Build organizational capability in digital commerce, including analytics, content excellence, and customer management.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to Brick & Click teams to elevate OMNI performance across Partner and Scale customers.

Customer & Account Management

  • Oversee strategic relationships with Amazon and key PurePlay partners, ensuring alignment on joint business plans and growth initiatives.
  • Guide execution of sales plans, trade investments, retail media, and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class product presentation, content accuracy, and search performance in partnership with the OMNI Content Manager.

Insights, Analytics & Performance Management

  • Champion the use of OMNI data, insights, and analytics to drive decision‑making and commercial strategy.
  • Monitor performance against sales, trade, digital shelf, and operational KPIs, taking decisive action to course‑correct.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with internal leadership and external customers.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital Marketing to align retail media, brand campaigns, and digital shelf strategy.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure strong service levels, demand accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • Work with Finance to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize profitability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and channel competitiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain leadership in the category.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 134,400.00 - USD 184,800.00
