Communications Analyst - Your new challenge at Mars?
Reporting to our Communications Coordinator for our Mars Pet Nutrition Division, we are seeking a strategic and collaborative Internal & External Communications Analyst who is passionate about pets, communications, and PR. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the interface between the Corporate Affairs department, our brand marketing segments, and our communications agency to implement PR strategies for our products, building our reputation externally. Additionally, you will implement internal communication campaign strategies to drive Associate engagement and ensure alignment with our long-term business objectives.

Brand PR & Agency Management: Serve as the key liaison between Corporate Affairs, Brand Marketing teams, and external PR agencies to drive high-impact public relations and earned-media campaigns across the product portfolio.
Internal Communications Strategy: Design and execute dynamic internal communication campaigns across online and offline channels to boost employee engagement and strengthen corporate culture.
Corporate Events Execution: Lead and coordinate end-to-end internal events and town halls, ensuring narrative alignment, flawless execution, and high participation levels.
Data & Engagement Analytics: Track, measure, and report on key engagement metrics across both internal channels and external PR activations to continuously optimize audience reach and performance.
Executive Thought Leadership: Provide tactical content and positioning support to elevate executive visibility and digital presence on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
You?
3+ years of experience working directly within PR/communications agencies or managing the daily interface with external PR agencies, specifically supporting product campaigns.
Solid experience in creating and implementing internal communication initiatives, including both online and offline channels and internal events.
Ability to suggest and analyze engagement data from internal communication platforms and external communication metrics.
Advanced English is required and will be tested during the process.
