Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and People Partner to support talent delivery
• Provide consultancy in terms of talent landscape, market insight to support business decision in talent acquisitions
• End to end recruitment process(job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding)
• Enhance candidate and hiring manager’s experience during the recruitment process.
• Independently support hiring case, resolve potential issues, and ensure process compliance and procedure correctness.
• Employer Branding activities(University engagement, Job fair, Employer Certification, etc.)

We are looking for:

• Understanding of the Northeast Asia talent market
• Work level proficiency in Japanese, Korea and English
• With recruitment experience
• Strong in communication and good interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude and result driven
