Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's hiring objectives. The role is responsible for driving the complete recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closure of open positions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, candidate engagement, strategic thinking, and proficiency in Workday (WD) to support efficient hiring operations and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, social media, and talent pipelines.

  • Screen and assess candidate profiles against role requirements.

  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback processes.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.

  • Manage offer generation, negotiations, and onboarding activities.

  • Utilize Workday (WD) to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview stages, and recruitment workflows.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

  • Analyze hiring data and provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support workforce planning initiatives.

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction activities.

  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and governance standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
