Our opportunity
The Senior Data Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data within the organization. This role focuses on continuous process improvement, data audits, and resolving discrepancies to maintain high standards of data quality in the HR systems, particularly Workday. #LI-ED1
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Conduct regular audits to ensure all data points are correctly aligned with employee profiles.
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and issues within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Update foundational data such as new locations, cost centers, and entity moves, and provide management updates.
Process transactions in Workday and generate reports as needed.
Collaborate with Reporting Specialists and HR Tech for custom report requirements.
Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
Adhere to defined Workday technical standards, security, data privacy standards, and best practices.
Raise tickets to create new cost centers and locations.
Process Improvement:
Promote a culture of continuous process improvement within the HR organization.
Evaluate and optimize processes to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Support technology changes impacting the HR service delivery model or operating model.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal stakeholders including People Partners, DQ&P team, Payroll, Rewards, People Solutions, Employees & Business Leaders, HR Tech, and People Data Analytics.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders as needed.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management or a similar role.
Proven experience with Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Knowledge of data privacy standards and best practices.
