The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong understanding of HR processes who thrives in working cross-functionally to drive sustainable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Data Quality Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for employee data quality issues within the assigned region, partnering with regional People teams and leaders to enhance data accuracy in Workday
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on data quality metrics, regularly updating stakeholders on the current state and recommending corrective actions
  • Error Identification & Resolution: Detect erroneous data entries, investigate root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate corrections
  • Follow-Up & Issue Closure: Maintain accountability for data issues from identification through resolution, proactively following up to prevent recurrence
  • Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Identify trends and recurring errors through systematic analysis and recommend process improvements to prevent future issues
  • Training Needs Assessment: Based on root cause findings, identify training or process gaps and collaborate with relevant teams to support targeted learning initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives by sharing insights, participating in projects, and promoting best practices across the organization

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend effective corrective actions
  • Confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels and across regions
  • Proven track record of driving issues to closure with persistence and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual, globally distributed team
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, especially Workday
  • Familiarity with HR data metrics, audit reports, and reporting tools is advantageous
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Min 6 years of experience in HR operations, data quality, or related fields
  • Experience working with Workday (HCM) or similar HRIS platforms
  • Proven experience collaborating with regional or global HR teams
  • Familiarity with process documentation, training design, or root cause analysis methodologies is a plus
