Job Description
Team/Opportunity:
The Fulfilled by Maersk Platform is looking for a Support engineer who will provide support to FbM Level 1 Support Engineer.
The right candidates for these positions will possess a need to provide agile and quality support services for business operations, and then coordinate the installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of FbM Applications (Warehouse Management System, Depot Management System, Yard Management System, Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …) used by the Platform. Understanding of technology in an FbM operational environment, having earned this experience through a career spent on-site supporting operational teams.
What you will do:
Has the capability & take ownership to drive the analysis, evaluation and troubleshooting the SQL tasks (MSSQL, MYSQL) and related issues for all the FbM Applications.
Python scripting for automation
Provide database application support for all FbM Applications.
Providing Hypercare database support during FbM project go-live.
Responsible for database performance monitoring.
Responsible for database administration.
Take ownership of documenting the support tasks.
Having basic knowledge on access management and security compliance.
Having a good understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, and adherence to the SLA, KPI.
Scope:
All FbM Applications (WMS, YMS, DMS, Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …) across Maersk’s warehouses and depots:
Maersk WMS
KorberOne / Highjump
Manhattan Scale
Infor
WebEC/FT
Omni Channel Transportation Applications
Required experience:
You can apply if you are a collage graduate and has excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues in a time-sensitive environment.
Having strong capability to create SQL Database queries, scripts and stored procedure.
Good to have knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting Telnet SSH sessions and WMS clients on Handheld devices / RF.
Hands on experience in Python scripting for automation.
It is nice to have if you have hands-on experience in application support in the Logistics and Services domain Or in Warehouse Management Systems or Depot Management System support. (Like KorberOne / Highjump, Manhattan Scale, Infor, WebEC/FT, or Other WMS).
Must have basic knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle SQL
Good communication & Collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
