We're looking for a strategic leader to head one of Maersk's People Data & Analytics (PD&A) business verticals. As Senior People Analytics Partner, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of People Analytics Partners, Reporting Specialists, BI Developers, BI Engineers and Data Management Specialists supporting senior stakeholders across Commercial, Regions, Corporate Functions and the People Function. You'll own the vertical strategy, portfolio, delivery excellence and stakeholder agenda while serving as a trusted advisor to business and People leaders.
What you'll do
Lead the PD&A vertical supporting Commercial, Regions and Corporate Functions.
Turn business priorities into actionable workforce insights and analytics strategies.
Advise senior leaders on data insights and solutions related to workforce planning, talent, performance, rewards, organization effectiveness and transformation.
Drive adoption of data, insights, governance and self-service products.
Lead prioritization, stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery.
Build a high-performing, highly engaged team.
Core requirements
Proven leadership experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, HR, workforce planning or a related field.
Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities.
Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-informed recommendations.
Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
Exceptional communication, storytelling and consulting skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively and drive outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.
Significant advantages
Deep expertise in performance management and functional Business Intelligence domains such as Sales & Commercial, Customers, Operations, Finance; or in one or more workforce domains such as Workforce Planning, Talent & Succession, Performance, Rewards, Organization Design or Employee Experience.
Experience leading analytics transformations or AI-enabled decision support initiatives.
Knowledge of Workday, Power BI, people analytics platforms or enterprise data environments.
Strong technical understanding of data modelling, reporting, KPI governance or data quality management.
