
Executive Talent Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Job Description

Partnering with Executive Recruiters and stakeholders across the organization, you will coordinate executive recruitment activities, support talent management processes, manage talent data and insights, and help deliver outstanding experiences for candidates, leaders and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence, efficiency and consistency across the Executive Recruitment Team.
Partner closely with Executive Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants and other stakeholders to support executive hiring activities globally.
Manage interview scheduling, candidate logistics and recruitment coordination across multiple senior-level searches.
Deliver a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Support onboarding-related activities for executive hires to ensure a smooth transition into their role and the organization.
Manage candidate, Hiring Manager and PBP feedback initiative, providing insights to continuously improve the executive hiring experience.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across executive search activity.
Collaborate with Executive Recruiters on internal team initiatives, including branding activities, post-hire check-ins etc..
What You Bring
3+ years' relevant experience in a recruitment coordination, people operations or executive assistant role within a global organization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Experience supporting executive, senior leadership or complex recruitment processes is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and seniority levels.
Highly proactive, organized and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and navigating ambiguity.
Tech-savvy, with prior ATS experience (Workday/Taleo preferred).
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
Strong reporting and analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools is highly desirable.
Curiosity and learning agility, coupled with a customer-centric and outcome-oriented mindset.
This role is a maternity cover with the possibility to become a permanent role.
