/10
Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior HR Reporting & People Analytics Manager to join our Markets + Airline (M+A) People Analytics function, with primary accountability for UK&I and a significant role shaping global HR Reporting & People Analytics across Markets and Airline. This is a senior individual contributor role, leading the way in transforming complex people data into clear, trusted and actionable insights that inform strategic workforce decisions, support regulatory and operational requirements, and advance TUI’s People and business agendas globally.
The role will be published until 13 April 2026.
ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
- Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
- A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
- Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
- Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.
ABOUT THE JOB
- You’ll own and lead HR Reporting & People Analytics for the UK&I region, acting as the senior point of contact and escalation for people data, insights and reporting, ensuring outputs are high‑quality, compliant and decision‑ready for regional leadership.
- Alongside your regional accountability, you’ll lead and contribute to global HR Reporting & People Analytics initiatives across Markets and Airline, helping to modernise analytics capabilities and embed data‑driven decision‑making aligned to TUI’s People and business strategies.
- You’ll design, build and maintain scalable analytics products and dashboards, using tools such as Tableau, Python and Excel, delivering reliable, automated and user‑friendly solutions that are adopted and trusted by senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted analytics partner, you’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to understand their priorities, translate business questions into analytics solutions, and support the interpretation of insights to drive meaningful workforce decisions around cost, capability, planning and organisational effectiveness.
- You’ll champion people data governance, quality and compliance across regional and global HR data sources, ensuring accurate, ethical and secure use of employee data, and working in close partnership with HR Systems, IT and Finance teams.
- Business‑as‑usual delivery remains critical: you’ll own and continuously improve recurring and regulatory HR reporting, focusing on automation, controls and process resilience to ensure accuracy, efficiency and business continuity.
- As a senior member of the analytics community, you’ll also provide informal leadership and guidance to other analytics colleagues, supporting global delivery and knowledge sharing across the function.
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally, you hold a university‑level qualification in data analytics, computer science, STEM, statistics or a related discipline.
- You bring proven experience delivering people analytics or advanced data analytics solutions within a complex, preferably global, organisation, with confidence operating at senior stakeholder level.
- You have strong expertise in data visualisation and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Power BI or equivalent), and can design dashboards and insights that senior leaders find clear, credible and easy to use.
- With solid working knowledge of SQL and experience working with data warehouses and/or data lakes, you’re comfortable navigating complex enterprise data environments.
- You have hands‑on experience building and automating analytics solutions using Python, Power Query and advanced Excel, with a strong focus on scalability and robustness.
- You can demonstrate delivery of analytics products across the full solution lifecycle – from requirements gathering and design through to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.
- You understand people data domains, HR processes and the handling of sensitive employee data, including data quality, governance and data protection requirements.
- You’re able to translate complex data into clear insights and compelling stories, influencing decisions and helping leaders act with confidence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities come naturally to you.
