
Project Coordinator
Job Description
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Coordinator with a passion for coordinating projects in a global environment? Maersk Training, a leading provider of training solutions, is seeking a talented Back-office Project Coordinator to join our team in Denmark.
The ideal candidate will have the overarching responsibility for all our projects and services, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Detailed Project Plans: In close cooperation with Operations create comprehensive project plans to track progress, key deliverables, and timelines. Ensure all aspects of the project are well defined and organized.
Project Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, and updates, to ensure clarity and transparency.
Coordinate the partnerships’ services: Responsible for organizing partners and clients’ bookings through MT global booking network.
Resource Allocation and Availability: Ensure that the necessary resources are available for planned deliverables.
Milestone and Project-based Invoicing: Manage and oversee invoicing processes related to project milestones and deliverables.
Cost Reconciliation and Tracking: Ensure accurate reconciliation and tracking of project costs, maintaining budget compliance.
Commercial Terms Management: Follow up on the commercial terms of project contracts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Support Operational Team: Provide support to the operational team, facilitating smooth project execution and addressing any administrative needs.
Systematic Data Collection: Collect and analyze data systematically to monitor project progress and make informed decisions for project optimization.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure continuous improvement of the project execution and invoicing process.
Support for Facilitators and Contractors: Provide facilitators and contractors with the required information and resources to effectively conduct training and
interim administrative tasks for our projects until our customers can operate independently (course booking, planning and student communication)Measure Project Performance: Utilize appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to monitor, track, and evaluate project performance, adjusting as needed to keep projects on track.

Ability to coordinate global programs in close collaboration with other Project Management colleagues
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Strong customer empathy and focus
Experienced in risk management and mitigation
Strong problem-solving aptitude
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Knowledge of Monday work management system will be an advantage but not a must.
