Job Description
Overview
We are seeking for a expert who can design and develop .net(C#) based process automation software to join us. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools to eliminate manual efforts, improve operational efficiency, and sustain service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Digest process automation requirements from operations and deliver technical solutions to
reduce human errors and enhance productivity. - Design system integrations between diverse platforms (e.g., CRM, logistics systems) for
seamless data flow and build modular components for rapid deployment. - Identify automation opportunities through Gemba walks and Sit-in observations, partnering
with operations to align solutions with business strategy. - Own automation tools from development, hyper-care, maintenance, to benefit tracking.
- Support local/global projects, escalate priority conflicts, and maintain clear communication
with stakeholders. - Explore new technologies to enhance end-to-end process efficiency.
- Report risks and resource needs to senior management proactively.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development, expertise in .net(C#).
- Proven experience in system development and database optimization and management (MS
SQL Server required). - Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams.
- Proactive problem-solving through on-site observation (Gemba/Sit-in).
- Remote collaboration abilities.
- Strong learning ability, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Basic English proficiency (read/write).
- PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Agile certifications.
- Knowledge of Python/VBA, RPA tools.
- Logistics or customer service domain knowledge is a strong advantage.
