We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Growth Enablement Manager with deep expertise in the Customs domain, who will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across our customs product portfolio. You bring a vast level of commercial, technical, and market understanding, enabling you to identify and unlock opportunities in both core and emerging verticals—always staying ahead of market trends.
As our Growth Enablement Manager, you will lead initiatives that drive profitable growth in the customs area, leveraging your extensive product knowledge and market insights to shape go-to-market strategies and influence decision-making across functions. You will empower internal teams by enhancing their sales capabilities, product fluency, and confidence, helping them articulate value and deliver integrated solutions that resonate with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities for the product brought forward by commercial teams.
- Coordinate with the pricing team to provide opportunities brought forward by commercial teams.
- Maximise synergies & overall profitability on opportunities.
- Participate in the RFI, RFQ and RFP process with sales, helping to ensure proposals submitted are comprehensive, competitive and within the parameters set by global, region & area product.
- Review contracts ensuring product technical standards & requirements are met.
- Support new business pursuits via sales/internal stakeholders to deliver a sound of business proposal on time.
- Approach new leads jointly with relevant sales colleague, transferring opportunity ownership to sales in line with sales accountability.
- Support sales in pursuit of deals for relevant products (inbound, marketing leads, trade shows, past relationships, etc.).
- Leading sales call for promotion of product capability to target customer, leveraging their product knowledge.
- Provide expertise for product as consultant to internal stakeholders
- Act as voice of the customers within product organization.
Who we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in customs operations or customs-related products, with a strong grasp of international trade regulations and compliance
- Financial and pricing acumen, enabling you to build compelling business cases and optimize commercial models.
- In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes within your geo-scope.
- Cross-functional leadership and execution skills, with a track record of driving alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at all levels and foster collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering clear, persuasive narratives to both technical and commercial audiences.
