Functional Product Owner

Job Description

As a Functional Product Owner (FPO) – Standard Terms & Conditions, you will play a key role in improving application of Standard Terms & Conditions within the Customer Contract Filing Process. Your work will help reduce non-value-adding tasks for Sales, enhance growth opportunities with customers, and ensure process consistency and maturity within the Lead to Agreement (LTA) framework.

This role supports LTA 2025 priorities, focusing on full contract journey adherence while managing standard terms and conditions—a critical component of customer commercial contracts. You will ensure the availability and consistency of terms for all products across offline and online platforms.

We are looking for someone with master data expertise and experience in global project management and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standard Terms & Conditions Management – Oversee customer commercial contract master data to ensure accuracy and consistency, including Letter of Intent terms & conditions needs of implementation contracts

  • Collaboration with Legal & BPO Teams – Define and maintain well-structured terms and conditions for all products.

  • Process Maturity & Optimization – Utilize process mapping and Lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency.

  • Leading Transformation Initiatives – Drive key initiatives to enhance contract processes and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Operational Excellence – Improve visibility, adoption, and effectiveness of new controls across functions.

  • Change Management – Facilitate smooth adoption of new processes through structured change management strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement – Align with global initiatives and collaborate with key business stakeholders.
