We are hiring a pivotal Product Lead to join our team in Copenhagen. What the job is ...
You will be the vital link ensuring consistent subcontractor performance and serving as the dependable point of escalation for the internal Satair teams. - Serve as the end-to-end owner for the subcontracting contract, managing negotiations and ensuring full contractual adherence.
- Lead the Call for Tender process for future subcontracting services, including supplier selection, negotiation, and smooth transition management.
- Drive Proactive Performance by actively monitoring KPI trends and initiating corrective measures before issues escalate.
- Own the end-to-end review and maintenance of subcontractor processes to ensure consistent internal and external audit compliance.
- Act as the trusted representative and single point of escalation for the Supply Management team cross-functionally
- Lead or contribute to supplier risk assessments, ensuring potential issues are flagged and proactively mitigated early.
- Manage the allocated budget, track expenditures, and ensure all activities adhere to defined financial goals.
- Drive continuous improvement actions and coordinate global training efforts for structured capability development.
- Maintain strong stakeholder alignment through regular communication and represent Supply Management in key internal reviews.
