About the job

At Maersk, we proudly represent the HQFM Administration team, an integral part of Headquarters Facility Management. We work in close collaboration with our FM operational teams to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional facility management services to Maersk Headquarters. Our responsibilities encompass a diverse range of critical functions, including employee services and welfare coordination, internal communication, vendor and contract support, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

This role as Engagement Coordinator could be the right one for you if you want to:

We are looking for someone to:

  • Coordinate employee services such as Christmas gifts, wedding gifts, rebate cards, and annual flu vaccinations.
  • Manage HQFM communication channels and content, including the Esplanaden Campus site, info screens, VivaEngage community, and physical signage.
  • Maintain the retirees database and organize the annual retirees event.
  • Coordinate in-house First Aid courses
  • Provide administrative support across communication and contract management tasks.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within people support, customer service, hospitality services, or similar.

You possess natural stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization. You are not afraid to successfully navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and truly enjoy meeting and conversing with people from different parts of the business.

You are structured and organized. You have a good eye for the details and at the same time can see the larger perspective and bridge the gaps when necessary.

You are an empathetic person with strong interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter with a proactive can-do attitude.

You have a strong desire to follow up on matters to ensure proper closure.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience in working independently within a broad framework.
  • Sound judgement as well as strong organisational, administrative, observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong experience in MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish is a must.
