We are looking for an energetic MarCom Student Assistant to join our team in Kastrup, Copenhagen. If you are passionate about professional event management in particular and want to gain hands-on experience in a global marketing and communication department, this is the perfect challenge for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Events: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of our global events, from initial planning and invitations to execution and post-event follow-up.
  
• MarCom activities: Support the team in maintaining a consistent brand voice across all external touchpoints, ensuring our materials are professional and up-to-date.
  
• Content: Assist in drafting engaging content for our digital channels, newsletters, and event-related communications.
  
• Performance: Help us measure success by assisting with reporting on event engagement and communication reach.
  

What you offer:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• Communication: You have a strong command of English (both written and verbal) and can communicate effectively with colleagues and partners worldwide.
  
• Proactive mindset: You are a "hands-on" person who enjoys a mix of desk work and the fast-paced energy of event preparation.
  
• Tech savvy: You are comfortable navigating social media and digital marketing tools.
  
• Collaborative: You enjoy being part of a team but are also comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks.
