We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Transformation candidate to lead and drive the transformation of our finance function. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting and operations.
  • Technology Integration: Lead the integration of new financial technologies and systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
  • Change Management: Manage the change process, including communication, training, and support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure finance transformation initiatives meet those needs.
  • Cooperating with Compliance and Risk Management team: Ensuring all finance transformation activities comply with relevant regulations and mitigate any associated risks.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a business controlling, projects role or similar.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
