The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

- European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old.

- Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any.

- Fluent in English.

A VIE in Hungary for a Finance Business Analyst and controller (h/f)” has arisen within Airbus Helicopters Hungary Kft.

Airbus Helicopters Hungary is looking for a VIE to reinforce its Finance team.

Based in Gyula in Hungary, Airbus Helicopters Hungary (A2H) was created in 2020 and started its activity in August 2022.

With already more than 200 employees, the Company is in the middle of the ramp up period, multiplying its turnover by 30 in 3 years.

A2H has already 2 VIE and is opening its first position for Finance.

In direct line with the Head of Finance, she/he will support the Finance team (4 people in total) during this ramp up period.

The candidate should have the basic financial knowledge, a spoken level in English.

Activity domain will be adapted to the profile but will cover cost base analysis, financial reports to Mother Company, follow up of ERM, ICSA and Capex topics and will be in charge to support the financial communication with other departments.

This VIE can start as soon as possible in 2026 and will last 24 months.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Direct report of the Head of Finance, you will have to support numerous reporting and budgets follow up :CAPEX, Subsidies, Structure Cost Base, Enterprise Risk Management and ARM access
  • Depending of your cursus, you will support the controlling team and accounting, and will have to standardize some processes. (rolling inventories, shareholders reports, Treasury)
  • You will also have to update the processes implemented since 2021 and ensure a follow up of the ICSA (Internal Control Self Assessment) processes.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Diploma/Master's degree in Finance
  • Controlling or Accounting knowledge
  • Language Skills:
    • Good level in English (aal discussion, emails and meeting are in english)
