Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and development of data pipelines, assigning responsibilities along with stakeholders and the availability of Indicators for the operation.
  • Support and assessment of visualizations for indicators monitoring created by the business.
  • Assessment in process automation requests. Handling and managing of Operation’s RPA.
  • Lead, facilitate, own and contribute towards Continuous Improvement roadmap.
  • Work closely with other functions to identify new automation opportunities.
  • Support West Coast South America TbM organization to achieve goals through process automation.
  • Set clear rules with stakeholders in the use of Automation products.
  • Advise and guide business teams in the stakeholder network.
  • Ensure data pipeline is being produced, updated and processes timely.
  • Build a good working relationship with stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Project/portfolio priority management.
  • Drive cost reductions/avoidance within the function through Data Insights and Automations.
  • Leading requests using proper Project Management methodology.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, software development, automation or and equivalent combination of education and experience. Background from economics, statistics, mathematics, actuary or engineering.
  • Database’s knowledge and data model development is highly desirable (SQL).
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation.
  • Agile way of working (SCRUM/KANBAN).
  • Background in business analytics and data transformation pipelines.
  • Knowledge and handling of database language such as SQL.
  • To have led and participated in the management and implementation of IT projects using SCRUM or Agile methodology.
  • Basic Knowledge in development and implementation of webservices and APIs
  • Development of reports and good handling of reporting tools such as: Argos, Tableau, Power BI, Reporting services, etc.
  • Great Customer Service for end users
  • Management of MS Power Suite. Specially Power APPs and Power Automate.
  • Intermediate English Level : B1 - B2 or above
