As a Finance Administrator at LI, you will support the finance team in day-to-day delivery of the finance function. Your tasks will include managing the administration and processing of supplier invoices, working with team members to ensure suppliers are paid on time and accurately, utilising LI’s bookkeeping system, Xero, and administration duties related to expense management utilising the Pleo system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the finance team in administrative duties for account payable activities including supplier invoicing
  • Working with existing and new suppliers ensuring the financial data required is accurate
  • Utilising LI’s bookkeeping system, Xero, ensuring data is accurate and processes are being followed through
  • Supporting the delivery on LI’s expenses duties including ensuring approvals are in place and policy being followed
  • Assisting with payroll related activity to ensure staff are paid in time and accurately
  • Building effective working relationships within the business to ensure delivery of finance activities are completed within timeframes and deadlines

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in order of importance
  • Excellent communication skills to enable effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good team player with a can-do attitude to support finance deliverables
  • IT literate and able to work with different systems to deliver financial administrative activity
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset to deliver against conflicting priorities
