Who are we?

Ki is the biggest global insurance tech company you’ve never heard of, unless you’ve been looking to insure a satellite, wind farm or music festival recently.

Having written over $877m in gross written premium in 2023, we’ve achieved significant growth since our beginnings in 2021. Our investors were excited about the fact we were revolutionising the way a 333 year-old industry was working. There are hardly any industries left that are mainly paper based, but the specialty insurance market is one. Together with partners at Google and UCL we developed Ki and created a platform that helps insurance brokers place risk in a fast and frictionless way. Purpose of the Role

As the L&D Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating core learning and development initiatives across Ki. Together with the Learning, Development and Early Careers Lead you will review and update training materials for relevance and engagement within the business, support the design and implementation of online learning, maintain the learning system and manage emerging talent activities across the group.

Within this role, you will be responsible for creating learning content that keeps the end-user at the forefront and guarantees an exceptional learner experience. Working in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business you will work to develop an understanding of their needs and provide optimal learning solutions to continue to grow our people. You will champion the practice of peer learning, facilitating solutions for a diverse set of users through assessments, workshops, micro-learning, webinars and more. You will optimise the use of our LMS, creating and maintaining relevant and up-to-date content. Finally, you will support our early careers and apprenticeship programmes, acting as a key point of contact for apprenticeship providers, university careers teams and intern providers.

As we continue to build out our HR function, policies and procedures this is a fantastic opportunity to input and influence the shape of our L&D strategy. If you are keen to input into the building an innovate, ‘best-in-class’ learning strategy and have proven experience in the design and development of learning programmes, curriculum and content this could be the role for you.
