About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner at TIG, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our office spaces.

We strive to make customer experience our priority and have designed and built our facilities to the highest standards. As a member of our team, you will play an essential part in our visitors overall experience who come to use our training and meeting facilities, helping us maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout. The role involves carrying out cleaning duties of one office, two training floors and 7 toilets. The duties also extend to two hours a week at the company apartment including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area.

Responsibilities:

Office and Training Facilities:

o Sweep, mop and hoover floors

o Dust and wipe down surfaces

o Sanitise and mop restrooms

o Empty bins and replace liners

o Stock and maintain supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels

o Carry out deep cleaning tasks when required

o Support our recycling process across the site

o Internal windows

o Notifying HR of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

o Follow cleaning procedures & health and safety guidelines

o Any other duties as required

Apartment:

o Strip and wash bedding and towels

o Hoover and mop where required

o Dust wipe down surfaces

o Empty bins and replace liners

o Sanitise bathrooms

o Stock and maintain supplies, such as toilet paper

o Follow cleaning procedures & health and safety guidelines

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
