The role
You’ll Be the primary hospitality assistant to attend to visitors in Brit’s ground floor East property to ensure a professional and warm welcome and to provide hospitality and fine dining for meetings as well as, breakfast, lunch & dinner & events
You’ll provide attentive service to all visitors by ensuring that all service areas are set up to the required standard and that all meeting rooms are fit for purpose in accordance with the meeting room standards
You’ll maintain the required standards of personal hygiene and food handling practices, in accordance with the Hygiene policy and current legislation.
Some irregular duties will include undergoing training courses and attend company meetings, when necessary, Report immediately any incidents of – fire, accident or theft. Report and, where possible, act for any customer compliments or complaints, and notify the designated report.
About you
Using your previous experience of working in a professional customer service environment you’ll be able to demonstrate Ability to operate attentively without over-familiarity, ability to work as part of a team and individually and be Flexible to adapt to the needs of the business.
You’ll either hold a first aider qualification or be willing to complete one as this is a requirement for the role.

The nearest bus stop is St Mary Axe (Stop LR or Z), which is located just outside the building.
