Talent Acquisition Manager – Marketing/Advertising Agency Hybrid role: 2 days a week onsite by London, Hammersmith Station About Us: Instant Impact is a leading global RPO provider for SMEs. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Leading the Team: Direct line management of Talent Acquisition Partner(s), and oversight of any team members in centers of excellent when receiving support from them

  • Managing Service Delivery: Execution of the TA strategy – determining the approach to any new requisition to deliver a quick, effective, and engaging process
  • Partnership Management: Providing a world-class experience to all key stakeholders (inc. hiring managers and candidates) and continually expanding our sphere of influence with the client

What do we need from you?

  • You are a world-class recruitment and client stakeholder manager who quickly builds trusting relationships with everyone you work with
  • You have experience recruiting within the marketing and advertising space, specifically within the client services/servicing or creative/studio-based departments
  • An understanding of the marketing talent landscape and ability to advise hiring managers
  • You have experience recruiting globally across multiple regions including the US, UK, Europe and APAC
  • The ability to handle high volume recruitment needs
  • Previous experience leading a recruitment function and a team
