Locations: Budapest or Debrecen

What will the role involve as our Talent Acquisition Professional / Recruiter?

  • This is a role fully responsible for Talent Acquisition delivery across designated Country/Regions.
  • It provides specialist search experience to Hiring Managers and assessment approach to each vacancy.
  • The role build and develop relationships with designated LoBs and stakeholder communities.
  • The understanding of the competitive market space; key suppliers, key job boards, and publications that can assist with direct hiring initiatives.
  • It builds and develops Direct Sourced Candidate pipelines from direct search, advertising and market mapping.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing skilled pools of talent supply. The need for optimal utilization of cost effective Suppliers as well in recruiting for all for various regions.
  • To support anywhere between 75-120 hiring per year (Internal + External)
  • Drive recruitment, planning and business decisions around specific country/region
  • Coordinate necessary logistics when it comes to the Recruitment Process (interviews being setup, scheduling, PO/invoicing, etc)
  • To work with Branding in view of leveraging the strength of BT as a brand to attract talents
  • Ensuring Recruitment teams are compliant with all recruitment related policies.
  • Work on key projects linked to Recruitment priorities and to be involved in team activities.
  • To work towards our BT’s Diversity Targets in all hiring activities.

Skills required for the job

  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: knowledge of stakeholder management, vacancy intake, requisition creation within the ATS, sourcing via social media / direct channels, reviewing profiles, candidate shortlisting, communicating BT’s employer value proposition and offer creation/salary proposals.
  • Vendor Management: optimise cost and maximise the candidate experience
  • In-country / Local Knowledge: understanding and ability to interpret local labour laws and talent community when it comes to sourcing
  • Communication: an effective communicator who builds sustainable stakeholder relationships with Hiring Managers and Candidates.
  • Projects : ability to take up ad-hoc value-adding projects (engagement, process improvements, running workshops/trainings, etc).
  • Interviewing: proven and experienced in Competency-Based Interviewing for positions at all levels.
  • Market Knowledge: solid knowledge of external market intelligence/competitor campaigns .
