Role Overview

This is an exciting role for anyone just starting out in their career. You will be supporting the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team on the implementation and success of Strategic Projects and Initiatives


You will play an important role in ensuring that cross functional projects are run well and delivered on time. This will include attending leadership meetings, documenting actions and deliverables, and updating project planning tools.


You will also get the opportunity to develop your technical skills whilst working across the organisation as we provide training in data analytics tools.

You will understand how we deal with the challenges we face in the implementation of our strategy and how we overcome these. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and attend internal leadership meetings.

  • Accurately document all notes and all actions from the relevant meetings.

  • Update project management tools.

  • Actively manage project task lists and liaise with relevant stakeholders.

  • Excellent reporting to the Senior Management Team.

  • Plan ahead and organise relevant meetings, follow ups and events where relevant.

  • Ensure deadlines are hit.

  • Work with departments to help them achieve their goals.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other consultants, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification or postgraduate.

Experience

  • You are a Team Player.

  • You are an active listener who is focused on capturing and understanding detail.

  • Excellent Communication. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and build relationships at all levels of an organisation.

  • You are kind and empathetic.

  • You are technically savvy with a keen interest in AI, Data Analytics tools and technologies. Training will be provided on the tools.

  • Stakeholder Management. You are comfortable with the idea of working across multiple departments and team members of all levels of seniority.

  • Target orientated with an ability to meet and exceed expectations.

  • You are a self starter and organised with the ability to turn things around quickly and accurately with a high attention to detail.

  • Learning and personal development focused.

The Opportunity


A unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience with senior members of the organisation and work across projects in different divisions. Work with a team passionate about data, dedicated to achieving excellent results who love to support each other and grow their careers.


Salary: €36,000 plus Health Insurance, Pension Contribution; 25 days holidays and 12 learning and development days per annum. Excellent work life balance. The role is hybrid, with your time being spent in the office for team meetings and working from home as suits.

The Application and interview process


You are invited to register your interest for the role by sending a cover letter to state your interest and why you believe this is the right role for you.


A screening interview will be scheduled with our Head of People so we can get to know each other and the role better.


Following this, you will be provided with a topic for your research and invited to present to our Head of Operations and Managing Director.


We will then make an offer to the successful candidate. We expect this process to be concluded by March 31st 2024 at the latest.
