As a successful candidate, you will be given a clear progression path. We want rising talent to grow with us and there is ample opportunity for you to progress to the next level.

We are also very proud to have been listed on the “Flexa 100” Most Flexible Companies to work for and to be officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®. We offer many benefits including the 4.5 day working week, flexible hybrid working options and enhanced leave to name but a few.

The Role:

Are you a natural problem solver? Do you connect the dots quickly and enjoy collaborating on solutions? Do you enjoy having autonomy to try new things and test and learn? This is a rare opportunity to join our award winning People Team as a People Operations Partner.

We are looking for a collaborative, proactive People Operations Partner to optimise our employee lifecycle, champion our agency culture, and partner our managers to drive successful outcomes for our people.

Salary: £37,900

Requirements:

  • Team Mentorship: Line manage and support our People Operations and Talent Manager, acting as a sounding board and guiding them on recruitment strategies and day-to-day HR operational execution

  • Business Partnering: Act as the main point of contact for department heads (Paid Media, Organic Media, Commercial, Technology) to help them manage capacity, resolve employee relations issues, and identify training needs

  • Employee Experience: Own and elevate key stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our hybrid work policies, progression frameworks, and wellbeing initiatives keep our teams motivated

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee our HRIS, data reporting, and compliance frameworks, ensuring our processes and internal policies are streamlined and effective

  • Culture & Engagement: Work closely with the team to design Impact events, feedback loops, and initiatives that maintain our distinct agency culture

What we're looking for:

  • Agency Experience: A couple of years of experience in a People Ops or HR Generalist role—specifically within a digital agency, tech startup, or creative studio. You know how fast agency life moves

  • People Management: Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching at least one junior HR/Talent professional

  • The "Partner" Mindset: You are a natural relationship-builder who can confidently advise line managers while remaining highly approachable to the wider team

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating and optimising modern HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.

  • Pragmatic & Solution-Oriented: You know how to balance strict compliance with the flexible, creative realities of a busy agency.
