The role

Here at Huel, we make great-tasting products, but we know that success is not just about having great products. It's also about having a great brand reach too. So, we’re now looking for a seriously ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to help us further grow our world-class marketing team and drive success for Huel in Germany.

No day is the same, but here's a look in to your day to day:

Campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning, creation and execution across Meta, YouTube, Tiktok and more 📱.

Optimisation - Look for continuous improvement opportunities in channels, campaigns and creative to achieve required new customer targets 👫.

Stakeholder Management - Working closely with DE trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.

Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of CPA, CTR and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency📈

Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve new customers and CPA.

Branding - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications

Agency Management - establish strong relationships with third party agencies and partners.

Creative Analysis - provide in-house creative team with analysis

What we're looking for in you

This role is best suited to someone with 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for an ad-tech or high-growth business. You will have a key interest in all things social and good knowledge of the various social platforms. You will also be a creative thinker who can deliver inspiring and relevant content whilst managing large data. We’re looking for someone quick to learn and develop new skills with a growth mindset and a strong knowledge of one or more paid digital channels for direct response. You’ll have strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheet skills whilst having second to none communication skills and attention to detail.
