The role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Search to lead and accelerate our Search marketing efforts across the entire Google ads ecosystem.

As Head of Search you'll oversee the strategy, execution and performance across all markets and products. As the Head of Search, you will lead a team of 2 to optimize our online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize new customer conversions.

The role will take full leadership of the Search team, its strategic direction and delivery of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads focusing on Search, Shopping, Discovery, PMAX and emerging channels.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years Paid Search marketing experience working in a scaled, omnichannel environment/organisation across multiple different geographical markets. They will be passionate about all things Google advertising with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic search initiatives.

What we're looking for in you


Leadership - Take full leadership of the Search team, its strategic direction and delivery of campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads focusing on Search, Shopping, Discovery, PMAX and emerging channels.

Management - Lead, manage and grow a highly effective team, providing direction, support and development opportunities.

Excellence - Constantly drive quality and best practice.

Stakeholder Management - Represent the Search team during senior leadership meetings.

Accountable - Be highly accountable for all team actions and report back to key stakeholders and trading groups.

Communication - Confidently and clearly communicate your chosen search strategies, optimisation techniques and results to all stakeholders

Growth - Contribute to achieving the revenue, acquisition and customer LTV targets for each market

Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and CPA.
