Hi I'm Kuvera the COO at HowNow 👋🏾 I’m looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us.

You'll be at the heart of our growth, building great partnerships, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you're excited about leading strategy, managing projects, and really making a difference, this job is perfect for you.

You’ll find energy in taking an abstract brief or desired end state and working cross-functionally to identify how that can be achieved, who may need to be involved, and driving it to completion and measuring the impact.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

As our only Senior Project Manager in the business, you'll be responsible for driving processes alongside working on both internal and customer-based projects - one day you may be overseeing implementation of the HowNow platform for one of our Customers, and the next helping plan and execute our internal projects to accelerate strategic growth plans.

Internal Projects:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling. Using ClickUp, our PM tool, you'll develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones, and allocate resources effectively, adjusting where required. You'll lead meetings to track progress, address any roadblocks, and maintain project documentation.
  • Status Reporting. You'll prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, and monitor project metrics and KPI's to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk Management. You'll identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Customer-Facing Projects:

  • Client Onboarding and Communication. You'll guide new clients through the onboarding process, serving as the main technical point of contact addressing any inquiries and providing updates to them.
  • Requirement Gathering and Feedback Integration. You'll work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into project requirements. You'll collect and analyse customer feedback, to inform product improvements.

The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑

  • You have previous experience as a Project Manager in a SaaS organisation, including experience with customer implementations/onboarding
  • You have a number of years experience working within project management, specifically managing senior stakeholders
  • You have the basic technical understanding to complete implementations, such as integrations and APIs.
  • You have the leadership and team coordinating skills to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • You possess the communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to inspire and guide team members to achieve project goals, including conveying complex information to others.
  • You're well organised and able to manage your time effectively, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and able to prioritise well.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and risk management skills, and are able to identify issues and develop effective solutions, addressing risks to keep projects on track
