Job Description

Hertility is a women’s health company built by women, for women. We’re shaping the future of reproductive healthcare by pioneering unique diagnostic testing that provides data-driven and advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline and the onset of menopause. We provide expert advice, education and access to care - all from the comfort of your home.

31% of women will suffer from a reproductive health issue at some point and through our research, we aim to reduce the time to diagnosis through advanced at-home testing and specialist gynaecological care. We tailor pathways to the individual's reproductive goals, whether it be to explore their ovarian health and fertility options or overall hormonal health, such as confirming a PCOS diagnosis. Currently, we can screen for 18 of the most common pathologies which may lead to reduced fertility and signpost gynae cancers.

Ultimately, our aim is to change attitudes around reproductive health, both for individuals and in the workplace, and to encourage women to be proactive by tracking their reproductive health. We’re calling this the Reproductive Revolution!

The role

We are looking for an Account Executive to contribute towards and grow our B2B Sales team. This is a revenue/ greenfield focused role where you’ll run the entire sales cycle - from lead generation, qualification, pitching and winning new business.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets using tools including Hubspot and Apollo.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Present Hertility product/service solutions to potential clients in HR, Benefits and Rewards roles.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast data in CRM systems.

Market and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, growth and product development to ensure client success.
  • Share insights and best practices with peers to contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and refine sales processes.

Professional Development

  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Seek feedback from clients and colleagues to enhance performance.
  • Set and pursue professional development goals aligned with career growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • Experience successfully selling employee benefit solutions; a huge plus if you worked in the employee benefit/HR/corporate healthcare space.
  • Proven credibility consulting and authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts.
  • A hunger and positive attitude to full cycle sales, including lead generation.
  • A willingness to travel: whilst this a fully remote role, there will be a requirement to travel to client & partner sites, attend conferences and join team days (usually held in London).
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building lasting relationships with global brands.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of Hertility solutions to clients.
  • Resilience; you aren’t afraid of rejection and you embrace failure as an opportunity to improve.
