Contract: Permanent

Location: London

About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and leading the pricing and pack architecture across our brand portfolio. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Category, Finance and other RGM colleagues, you’ll ensure our pack-price strategy is built to deliver against both consumer expectations and our revenue growth ambitions.

You’ll play a central role in shaping how our products are presented in the market — choosing the right packs, setting the right prices, and ensuring these decisions drive both short- and long-term value. In this role, you’ll also need to be agile in helping Heineken to respond to shifts in legislation and market dynamics by providing commercially sound solutions.

Some of the role’s key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the annual pricing strategy, striking the right balance between commercial objectives and consumer value perception.
  • Define and manage the recommended retail selling prices (RRSPs) and list price changes for all packs, ensuring alignment with margin targets and brand positioning.
  • Take the lead in solving commercial challenges through innovative pack solutions or by identifying new channel opportunities.
  • Own the commercial strategy for all new product launches, defining the full value chain and ensuring every element — from pack to pricing — supports business goals.

About you:

We're looking for a commercially minded, strategically focused professional with experience in FMCG. You’ll bring a solid understanding of revenue management principles and a deep knowledge of commercial P&L and the levers that drive growth. As a confident communicator, you’ll be able to simplify complex ideas, lead cross-functional projects, and convert strategy into action — even in the face of ambiguity or shifting priorities.

Other things you may have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods, ideally in Revenue Management, Commercial, Category, or Strategic Planning.
  • Demonstrated experience using shopper insight, category data, and research to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with a focus on turning insight into action.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.

Our Ways of Working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.

The Good Stuff!
In addition to your base salary, you’ll also receive:

  • Discretionary Annual bonus
  • Benefits Allowance (15% of base salary)
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension contributions (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy/sell)
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers!
  • Exciting opportunities to develop your career

You’ll also get the opportunity to join our colleague networks, in which people from across the business connect to help champion diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring we’re continuing to give people a voice.
