About the role
- Content Executive
- Full time
- Permanent
- London (hybrid)
- Reports to the Content Manager
Summary of the role but also what our team are up to:
You’ll be joining a fun and creative team whose job is to showcase our incredible attraction line-up and help our customers experience the best that a city has to offer! You’ll be writing detailed descriptions of top tours, popular museums, hidden gems and bucket list landmarks, as well as bringing a helpful and conversational tone to copy such as reservation instructions, FAQs, hours of operation and more!
You’ll be a go-to person for attraction copy edits, and will work closely with our in-destination teams to update, create and maintain content across all of our destinations.
You’ll also support our marketing team with a variety of copy projects including guidebooks, paid media assets, blog work and landing pages. You’ll need to have a a keen eye for spotting spelling errors, strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering inspirational copy.
What will you be responsible for /helping us to do?
- Manage content update requests across a variety of online platforms.
- Use productivity tools to organise tasks.
- Write and edit attraction descriptions, web content and blog articles.
- Ensure all written and visual content adheres to brand tone of voice and meets editorial requirements.
- Analyse site content, contribute data reports and provide insights for content improvements.

Requirements
Essential:
- Excellent writing and editing skills to a Native English level
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
- 1-2 years writing experience with a collection of strong writing samples to show for it
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Familiarity with measurement tools such as Google Analytics
Desirable:
- Experience using AI tools to create content
- Basic photo editing skills
- Passion for travel
