Everyone is so friendly and approachable. I also do not know many companies that offer a work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks in the year! amazing benefit from Go City!
Being able to pick and choose, without question, about how and where I work is a major benefit. I'm able to flex what hours I spend in the office to suit me.
Love the flexibility and ability to work a few days in the office or 100% remote. Simple things like receiving a delivery or popping into a kids recital for 15 mins are now possible during work hours. I find I get more work done from home (yeah no commute) but also really enjoy the connections when in office. the people are one of my favorite things about working here so its nice to see them in real life too!

A very friendly and relaxed environment. Rules around working in the office are also very relaxed, it often depends on what's best for the team, but also depends on your calendar that day, if you have a day with 6hrs of meetings you'd probably want to do that from home - and you can!
It also depends on public transport, and I love the fact that there is no pressure or strict rules - if you can't make it, the day still goes on!

In my personal experience, I feel that a lot of flexibility is down to individual managers. I am fortunate that my direct manager gives me all the control over working hours/locations but I am aware that might not be available to everyone down to their nature of work.
